I bought a home system from Food Lovers in May of 2013. I paid for the product in full and it was promptly delivered to my home. I was never able to really follow the first two weeks of the diet and put it aside to join Weight Watchers. Seven months after receiving my home system I noticed a transaction for a payment 64.87 to Food Lovers. I called to find out about the charge and was told that I had joined Food Lovers Online. I disputed this to no avail and was told that I would not get my money back. I was told I could cancel at any time, so I cancelled. I was told that I would not get my money back because they "don't give money back for membership fees." I asked to speak to the "customer service representatives" supervisor and was told "they don't do that." I asked his name and was told "Sergio." I asked for a last name and was told "we don't give last names." I then told her what I thought of her and the Food Lovers product. I am disputing the charge. These people are crooks who put their greedy hands in my account and stole money for which they will provide no service.
