Football Ticket Net Cheated by Football Ticket Net - Beware: You can be the next one! Internet
Unfortunately I was cheated by Football Ticket Net!
They sold me 2 tickets for the Derby between Real Madrid and Barcelona on 21 Nov 2015. I bought them almost 3 months in advance. I paid more than 500 Euros each.
After getting the passes at a nearby hotel (this delivery method was communicated just 24 hours before the game), I went to the stadium and we could not enter because the passes were invalid. Access was denied!
After numerous phone calls and broken promises from them, we had to go to a different part of the stadium to get new tickets printed on paper. These seats were located at the top of the stadium, near one corner. They had nothing to do with our original purchase. The game was almost starting when we could finally enter. It took more than 2 hours!!
When we did the complain for all the inconvenience and the final location of the seats we received, we were offered a compensation of only 18 euros per ticket. Their explanation was that this was the original price difference between the tickets purchased and what we received. This was unacceptable. Their are thieves!
They did not meet what they sold to us and they never accepted their responsibility.
They have no address in Spain and I doubt they have a phisical address in UK. But I will find them one way or the other.
Now I´ve made the appropriate report in Sapin and UK, as well as the Real MAdrid authorities.- We will see how this story ends.
Recommendation: Avoid this company. You can be the next one!
