I trust that the Great Thorn is genuine in his attempt to help others. We will see if my problems and others are resolved. My experience with Ford has led me to believe, they don't care about building good products. Bill Clay Ford has much to learn about serving his country.Henry Ford would Be turning over in his Grave the way Bill Ford is Handling Ouality Problems.
