I signed up as an agent with FPP and spoke directly to Robert Raff. I was told that I would be getting paid 35% of the net spread FPP negotiated on all deals which was said to be $10,000-$15,000 per deal. Robert Raff said that figure freely on the phone and in his recruiting meetings. I was very skeptical but my broker assured me that FPP and Robert Raff and Brandice Labadie knew what they were doing and there was alot of money to be made? I submitted a few deals and soon found out what total idiots these people ARE! They asked for the same paper work numerous times and lost one of my deals? FPP changed their business model about 3 times during the short month I was associated with them. The web site FPP had was made by none other that Rob Raff and had numerous spelling errors. Robs other scam business is sky Aim Media Inc. I guess the scam money he makes from FPP is not enough? If anyone wants a web site made they should go to www.elance.com and have a professional do it! It was at this point I decided to cut my loses and move on. I have been doing mortgages for years and have never been associated with such chaos and unorganized people. Rob Raff blames everyone else for his stupidity and lack of organization! This Robert Raff pretends to have it all together and have all the answers but its just lip service. Further investigation led me to all kinds of new info about Robert Raff and FPP. It seems Mr. Raff was involved in the mortgage scam and had to go to court. I also found out that Mr Raff was involved in an FBI sting were he was selling stolen office supplies. I have found out since that FPP changed its payout and is now ripping off its agents with the "agent direct" program meaning the agents only make $295.00 per deal while FPP and its kick back company 5 star reality make the lions share! Rob Raff came up with this scam after agents were lured into his scam operation! My broker got "cut out" from all agent direct deals and to date has not made "ONE DIME" after 1 year of hard work! Brandice Labadie and Robert Raff are nothing more than unorganized scammers trying to make a quick buck! Foreclosurepreventionpros, Sky aim media, nationalsettlement group are all ran by Robert & Brandice and beware because they are shady people!
