I am directly involved with the foremans every day. Fact is I live with a few of the Foreman family members. Thats is why I feel most qualified to say that nobody knows Joe Foreman like I do. Joe has not worked for Foreman Motors in a few years. He is not the person people describe him to be. Joe is not ripping anybody off or doing malicious things. In fact if you have doubt come join us for a Bible study and seen what he is now all about because the person you all think Joe is has been reborn into a God fearing man that would never again consider working in a company of any type that would rip people off. And also as far as his mother not claiming any of her kids or daughter in law , that is a flat lie ! She speaks to them has lunches with them and loves them like a mother should. Even if they have differences. While I many agree that Danny has much room for improvement , he will only find his true calling and understanding for how we should treat people through opening the Bible and giving his life to Christ. Repent your sins and live in the WORD not in the WORLD. And anyone on here who continues the bashing is also spending to much time in the world creating to much drama. Lets pray Danny makes changes and starts to follow a healthy life style in Gods word. I pray Gods wisdom fills Danny and opens his eyes and fills his heart. And also pray that all of you doing the bashing find peace. And please that you no longer put Joes names together in the Foreman buisness because Joe has no part of that! Thanks only to you Lord!! :-)

You say he is a angry worker or ex worker.. I am a consumer who bought from you, and i know what he is saying is true, because you ripped me off also and countless others that have complained here.. are they all wrong also??? I THINK NOT... your company should be investigated and shut down. Joe Danny and Giselle ( or whatever her name is spelled) should be arrested, and that anyone who bought from you should be refunded, I dont know about the others But i plan on going to every avenue I can to see your punished and shut down legally that is. I also want to join the protesters that plan on picketing you with a car with a lemon on it.. cause that is just what you have.. LEMONS.. and i dont mean the fruit. I'm also in the process of writing the governor and my congressman for help in this matter. you lied here on ripoff and you lie to your customers as well wow isnt that a shock...
I pray to God you get whats coming to you... I wish your employee that made this statement or any others call me so we can ban together. and im not scared of your threats either.. im an ex army Ranger.. so bring it on.. my number people is 321-327-7287.. you can call me if you wanna persue this problem or rather disease called foreman motors... or anyone who is thinking of buying from them I will tell you the truth and show you proof... william conklin a vicem of FOREMAN MOTORS...

We at Foreman Motors, INC believe in giving our customers time and work with them to make sure they have a chance to avoid repossession. Mr C**** was given multiple chances, and had not made payments since October 5,2012. We made various calls and left multiple messages to notify him of his failure to pay, as well as mail notifications, all with no reply or even a call back from Mr. C****. As of today's date this makes him four (4) months late. This is more than the appropriated time span, per his contract. We tried to work with our customer, but were forced to repo his vehicle. When we took the car, nothing was taken out. The vehicle has the stereo it came with. Mr. C**** was also given the chance to reclaim his vehicle. He may still contact us, but we cannot wait for another few months to go by. Mr C****, please call our office, we are still waiting to hear back from you.
Thank you.

I have also had the displeasure of purchasing a vehicle from this establishment, only to return the car before 6pm the Same Day. Engine overheating, smoking, and becoming undriveable until allowed to cool down. Again, this was the Same Day. Less than 20 miles driven. Same Day. When I returned the vehicle I was told there was nothing they could do. In addition, I was promised a new battery, given that they had to jump start it to begin with. The 'new' battery required a jump after it was returned to the lot. I was told 'It was new to US, but was a used battery'. Did I mention this was the Same Day? I asked for my money back, and was denied. 30 day warranty for 1/2 the repairs to the powertrain, which is shot, so while I pursue legal action, I'll be interested to see how they handle that. Seems like it would be easier to give me my money back rather than incur the costs, both legal and otherwise, of this purchase that wasn't.

This person is a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for drug use. Foreman Motors is NOT in any way affilitated with any sort of illegal activities.
Anyone who would like to come down and meet our friendly, helpful, and most of all drug free staff is more than welcome. We encourage our customers to walk our lots, stores and offices and meet our staff and owners. Please, while you are here see our cars for yourselves, and even test drive them if you would like.
Please, come down to Foreman Motors and see for yourself what sort of business we run. We are located at 1944 Aurora Road, Melbourne, FL 32935

You claim you were a receptionist yet you can't write using proper grammar, sentence structure, punctuation and capitalization?
I can see why you aren't anymore...if you were even one to begin with!

First of all, i am not an employee of Foreman motors. I own my own repo company. Second, no one makes me do anything. Third, I have never solen anything from any vehicle or given any persons stuff to someone else. That is why people are required to bring their I.D. with them when they come to pick up there personal property. As a matter of fact, I can recall 2 separate repo's that had a large amount cash in each of them. One had $1800. cash and the other had $800. cash. The people were very surprised when they showed up to get their property and found every penny of their money was there. That is because I am honest and conduct my business within the guidelines of the law. The state statute that covers repossession activity is chapter 493. The state requires that we inventory each car that we repo when it gets to our storage facility. Since we are required to inventory, box and store the personal property (all of which cost us time and money) , the state allows us to charge a reasonable fee for this service. Would you work at your job and spend your hard earned money and not expect to get anything in return? Of course not. This person should learn to gather facts and educate themself on Florida law before making false accusations.

It is unfortunate to see such false slander about our company from an "ex-employee." You can not believe everything you read on sites like these.

My son was also a victim of Foreman Motors. We traveled to Melbourne from Port St. John because of their advertised warranty on all cars. What a joke! Not only did he loose his downpayment and his first payment he was also out the car he traded in. The car he bought was dead in 2 weeks and we voluntarily repoed it because it was not driveable. At the time I contacted everyone--none of the news stations returned my calls or emails; Consumer Protection stated they could not help me because it was a used vehicle; Florida Today did not publish my letter to the editor. If you find any avenues I did not think of and are successful and need our support contact me at (((Redacted))). It's a shame that unscrupulous businesses like this are allowed to stay in business and get away with screwing the public royally.
