Foresight Media Wrinkles and Luxoderm Creams This is a product I had received Dec. first of Dec.2014. I did not like it, so I sent it back. They took money out of my acc#. Now they won't give it back.. Been trying to get my money back for the last 2 months now.. $142.90 87 Taft Ave, Newburgh, new York, 12550 New York
This was a product I received in the beginning of Dec.2014, and that I had a 30 day money back guarantee if I was not happy with the product. I sent everything that I received back, so I could get my refund back. The first one I talked to told me was going to take seven to ten bussiness days. I waited two weeks. nothing.. Than I found out that they took over hundred and foury two dollars out of my acc#. Than I called again to a Mark, he told me that I wold get my money back at the end of the month, but three daays later again I called, and than they told me that my money was in some ware house !!! what.... I called again on Jan 13th 2015 and talked to Mark, id #007 and again called on Jan.15 and talked to a Micheal Id #0631, than again to Amanda Id #591.
Called again and said I would have my money back on Jan.30th 2015. They told me I had to talk to a manger about my money, but they were to bsy to talk to me... I had talked to other people to and all I'm getting is the run around. Feb.2015 they said they tried to send my money back to and it would not go though. So they told me I needed to get a charge back. So that is what I have done on Feb.4th 2015.. I have sent a letter to the ATTORNEY GENERAL office in New York and I let them know what this bussiness is doing to me and others too. Please help me get my money back. I am on SSI. The money they will not give back to me was a christmas present from my son that is the Navy. Thank you so much...
