I ordered wrinkless cream and ayur cream as a free trial leading me to believe I was getting a free sample. All I had to do was pay for shipping. I had 30 days to cancel.

My invoice says I ordered on 10/28/2015. My bank account shows I paid for the shipping on 10/29/2015. I called the 800 number on 11/03/2015 to ask the price I would be paying if I decided to keep receiving the product and when I was told the price I decided to cancel because I couldn't afford the price which was $79.95 each. On 11/11/2015 I was checking my bank account and saw a charge for $79.95 for naturalayur 8883204586 12550 NY which was dated 11/12/2015 in pending transactions. I did'nt have enough in my account for them to charge another $79.95.

I called the 180056441623 customer service again and tried to explain to Joseph that I shouldn't have been charged because I cancelled on the 3rd of November. He said I didn't call before my free trial period was up. I told him I called to cancel on the 3rd and he told me I only had 14 days to cancel and return the product. I told him that was not what the web page I ordered it from said and I did cancel within the 14 days he said I had. I didn't even know how much the product cost because that was the reason for the call on the 3rd of November! Neeedless to say, since it looked like I couldn't get through to him, I asked to speak to a manager.

After a brief wait Joseph came back on the phone and told me the manager was busy and couldn't come to the phone. I insisted on speaking with a manager!  Finally, I spoke with Peter, who told me he was a superrvisor. I told him what I had told Joseph and he also told me I had only cancelled further shipments of the product. That I had already received the product and that is why I was being charged. I told him I had only received the free trial sample and had not received the product yet! Peter then told me, "We don't give free samples."

I told him I am being scammed and they better not take any more money out of my bank account because there isn't enough money in it and it would be overdrawn.  

Finally, Peter said he would give me a 50% discount which I am still not pleased with.  He told me to mail the product back and gave me a number to put on the return box.
