They took my $200 on ebay for a Bose Sounddock that they advertised as "Tested and sounds great with a crisp powerful sound!". In reality it has blown speakers and sounds horrible.

They are not cooperating on a refund.

Do not buy from this company. They don't know or care if their products work. They will pocket your money and you won't see it again!

As we move forward with branching out our business into other forms of e-commerce, we are finding, more than ever, that customer satisfaction is truly an aspect of our business which we cannot afford to ignore. I have researched your complaint and I believe your item was eBay item # 330018021576. If this is in fact the item in question, then this item was described as " Looks in good condition though has small scuff mark on top and a dent in cover for speaker, refer to pictures for details. Tested and sounds great with a crisp powerful sound!" If it was anything other than matching this description when you received it, then we are OBLIGATED to assist you with correcting the problem. However, I have done a thorough search of all of our e-mail records and I cannot find any emails we received from you, or documentation that you ever called us. Do you have a record of the address to which you were emailing us at? Did you ever receive a formal e-mail reply from us? Moving forward, I have sent you an email today at your "comcast.net" email account that we have on file, so please check your e-mail for my offer for you to return this item so that we may correct this problem for you.
