On August 21, 2004, I purchased the "6 Steps to Becoming a Successful Real State Investor" by Robert T. Kiyosaki, after watching his tele -infomercial late that night.

I called the number on the screen and gave my credit card to the telemarketing person. Even though I declined her offer of a "free subscription" to the "FORTUNE BUILDER" magazine, something she said I was entitled to anyway for buying the Kiyosaki material, on my September bill I noticed two small charges of $10.95 US (Rich Dad Home Study) and $1.95 US Fortune Builder. Since I knew that the cost of the Rich Dad material the only thing I purchased and had received was in the order of $190 I thought this was just some sort of shipping charges, nothing to be worried for. I received two more monthly credit card charges "Fortune Builder" and since I had not seen the Rich Dad Charges, and I had not received anything from "FORTUNE BUILDER" I was induced to believed that "Fortune Builder" was the collector company for the Rich Dad material and they were chanrging by monthly installments.

Then, I received my November 2004 statement, and the FULL charges for the Rich Dad material were there. I realized immediately the FORTUNE BUILDER had been a SCAM, ripping me off un-authorized payments and in some way, I also got suspicious about the way how "RICH DAD" charges were misleadingly managed.

I immediately sent complaint notes to my Credit Card company and to Rich Dad's email address, not obtaining any answer from any of them.

On December I cancelled my Citi-bank Master Card. I am writing this report today, July 22, 2005 after receiving a Citibank Master Card statement charging me management fees for rejection of recent attempts by FORTUNE BUILDER to charge me the $12.95 US for something I didn't authorized and never received.

Can someone stop this fraud?
