Complaint Review: Fortune Smart LLC - Daly City California

Spoke to Leonard Pierce three weeks ago. Said the refund check was going out the next 

day. So far no check. I have call me 105 times during the last three weeks. Will not answer phone or return calls. I have filed a complaint with the DA for the State of Oregon and also with the San Franicsico DA. I have also filed a complaint online with the Feds. Special notice that Leonard now has a new scam company " Armor Domaine. Buyer beware.

 This matter is now in the hands of our collection company. We have the documents the emails and the tapes. After nearly a year of asking you to just refund the deposits you kept on telling us your lies. All you had to do was refund the deposit. You were hired from Benz to gage interest in the cars not sell them. In fact, this model will not be in the state for another two years. We don't know what you were thinking. Now you need to settle this with Maxwell Turner and Associates and put this issue to rest and move on.

All we can say  Lenard is "Bring it on". We have copies of the contract and your emails and voice recordings. These items have been turned over to our legal firm.  ALso, we did not approach you, you approach us thus we became one your victums.  Last month we were alerted that you tried this same scam in China. However, they found you out by contacting Benz in London.

You claim that you had 200m in capital last year, but you were unable to return a $3000.00 deposit. I am glad it was also three thousand. As for the Cashier' check you are showing, well Leonard, you need to tell the whole story. That check was mailed to the firm we are using to get our money. It was rejected for two reasons:

1. You held the funds for nearly a year.

2. You thought you could get out of making good on a contract. We suffered client  losses because we had let go Lincoln Sedans while waiting for your bogus limo. You even were going to provide financing for the Lincoln sedans. Strange that the dealer never heard of you and you so called banker in Boston never contacted us. Lucky for us we have your documents concerning the the loan request.

You lied about Benz limos in Atlanta. You have the only demo in the country. Also there are a number of Funeral Homes trying to find you. I guess that why you did't show up in Boston or in Las Vegas. The article in LCT is also a pack of lies.

John needs to be very careful not to make slanderish remarks about companies which he does business with and through.  He has taken it upon himself to disgrace a company who actually tried to help him.  And patiently we tried...

To make a long story short, John Sinibaldi came to us to assist him in custom building a limousine for him.  He was originally suppose to deposit $14,000.00 for a $132,000.00 Mercedes-Benz Limousine.  He signed our agreement for that amount.  He kept giving us "peanuts" of an amount and kept promising that the remainder will come (day after day) but none more than $3,000.00 was received by us after months of waiting for him to commit.

We have proof where we've refunded his $3,000.00 but the firm or company which he hired to do his business returned our cashier's check.  Can you imagine that?

The company who we do business through was not in receipt of his downpayment and, therefore, never started work on building Sinibaldi's limousine.  We sincerely returned his "peanuts" of a deposit; therefore, it is with much regret the HIS client company returned our cashier's check back to us...never cashed.  We've had to place a stop payment on our check, so proof is in the pudding.

Again, it is unfortunate Sinibaldi's slandering remarks cannot be rescinded, and he will pay for these remarks...especially when he doesn't know what he is talking about.  We certainly hope Mr. Sinibaldi will be able to back up his remarks about our "cheating" and of "damaging reputations".   I and we feel that Mr. Sinibaldi is an endangerment to society and of the people he comes in contact with.

If there are two things I personally cannot stand or tolerate are people who play both sides of the fence AND backstabbers.  I truly feel these people are so unflattering to the planet.

We have the burden of proof on our side and we stand by our Company...a very good Company.

She is the money person in this scam.
