I have used fotolia just for an one-time purchase of couple of stock photos.

They put me automaticly on auto-renewal options and saved my credit card details, as i wished to have it or if there is any added value to customer doing so.

Eventhough i realized that, i couldn't turn auto-renewal off even before 1 day prior to renewal period - ah yes terms&conditions says it is possible until last 3 days.

Basicly this company made a good math to make sure confusing customer so well so they keep on charging you. I see no real reason first forcing a customer to auto renew account and buy credits every month, which are actually expire at the end of the months - so very good online business selling nothing. On top of that, what can be reasoning not allowing customers to stop auto-renewal 3 days before! It is not a real product you put on logistic etc - complete none sense just a scam.

Please never let this bad business to ripp you off - follow up with them because they know what they do will not be appreciated by Dutch Better Business Bureau - Consuwijzer

Tell them you are filling a file for this malpractice and they will immediatelly back off.
