I wanted to purchase 6 files for 112 credits and after I purchased the credits, I receive notices that I had still more credits to use in 3 days, so I downloaded a few more random photos to zero out the credits, but then it showed up again that I still had another 100 that needed to be downloaded in 3 days.  I decided to see what was wrong and via email I receive 4 invoices instead of one. My purchase of 100 dollars was bumped to 520 dollars in less than an hour!

Only after hours of investigation and finally being able to talk to a customer service representative is that I found out that Fotolia has a small box in the fine print that needs to be unchecked when you sign up their agreement. or they will keep recharging your card continuously unless you uncheck that when you sign up to their services. The trick though it is impossible to find a box to uncheck unless you call them, and by that time they already charged you 5 times the amount you were asking for.
