Chenoweth Law Group on January 16, 2012 won over $103,000 in damages $, plus attorney's fees $, in a jury trial on behalf of a Portland tenant. AGAINST Tressa, Young, Brandvold, Rossi "owner of Fox Property Management Inc" Portland Oregon.
In Cohen v. Fox Management, Inc. et al., Multnomah County Cir. Ct. No. 1010-1453
(Dec. 9, 2011)
The owner of Fox Management Inc Tressa Rossi written quote: Fox Management, Inc. is
a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and
RHAGP (Rental Housing Association of Greater Portland) and this enables our
company to bring clients' the most recent industry trade secrets.
Looks like her dirty little Trade Secrets she pitches to property owners on her website have
caught up to her finally! Plus, another reason not to rent from landlords who are members of the N.A.R.P.M. or R.H.A.G.P. ( that is why they had an ad on Craigslist for a new "secretary"),
Government agencies are now taking a "hard look" at her and her business practices. Several people have contacted the winning law firm informing them of their tenant or landlord experience with Tressa Rossi.
Looks like all those negative "bogus" postings she has claimed tenant's have written about her since 2004 are TRUE!

Looks like they had to hire a professional blogger named (Striderq, Columbia South Carolina) to create fake rebuttals to legitimate reports from tenants and property owners. It also looks like they have attempted to merge a few fake names to their business addresses to misdirect any subpoenas. The owner frantically googles tenants or landlords names on the search engines continuing her cyber-stalking. She can all the reputation defender and can join all the property management organizations she wants, and hire a publicist to "re- write" her bio a, but she still stinks and the business industry know it. See you at the next meeting or open house. LOL

Fox Management Inc is a professional company. It is unfortunate that people feel the need to post such lies. The person posting the complaint was given a 30 day no cause notice to vacant about a year and a half ago. They received their full deposit back. Shortly after them vacating I started getting magazine subscriptions, bad reviews on several websites, catalouge orders, phone solicitations and so on. I have a copy of a reply card for a subscription that matches the handwriting of the individual in question. I filed a police report, but needless to say the police have better things to do. This person is crazy and is stalking me! Don't believe all that you read, as it is usually the people that did something wrong that complain. In the business of managing rentals you run into all walks of life and sometimes that means you have to deal with very unstable and insecure people who have nothing better to do than be bitter! They also filed two complaints with the real estate agency. The agency denied their complaints and dismissed the complaints entirley. I am very proud of my successfull busines and encourage you to call me with any questions you may have.
