I was contacted by Fox Signing Service to conduct a loan signing on October 3, 2008. As of 01/06/09, I have yet to be paid.
I have made numerous phone calls and emails and per Jill Fox,"If you feel the need to go through the legal system, let me speak from experience. By the time you ARE paid by me, if you contact legal counsel you will have only wasted time and money. Trust me, I know!"
Fox Signing Services advertise on their website that they are members of the following assciations: MBA (Mortgage Bankers Association), NHEMA (National Home Equity Mortgage Association), ALTA (American Land Title Association), FLTA (Florida Land Title Association), and PLTA (Pennsylvania Land Title Association). I called all of the named associations and I was informed that they are not members of any of the associations.
