Foxanime. Samantha, foxanime.com Ordered item, e-mailed once a week, kept saying item was backordered they said it would be here next week, a month later company blocked my e-mail, item never came never got refund, got over $150.00 stolen from me Las Vegas California
I ordered two dvd boxsets for $155.38 off of foxanime.com on januray 9th 2009. It said on the webpage that I would get them in about 4 days excluding weekends and holidays... I waited about a week and I e-mail foxanime and asked what was going on.. She told me that the items were backordered and that she would send them out next week.
The following week after not getting my dvds. I asked her what was going on and she replyed the same thing.. This went on for about 3 weeks.. She then offered to send me items that i didnt order and I got mad telling her that I wanted the items that I ordered and that I would report her if she didn't give me what I ordered and she blocked me.. I try to get a hold of her on different e-mail accounts, saying that I want a refund and she blocks those accounts as well..
I waited over a month to get the dvds for my sister's birthday and never recieved them or a refund and now I have no way to get a hold of her.. I have my balance on my Visa card as well as e-mails she sent if anyone wants to see the proof that I have.. I want to know what I need to do next to get my money back..
