Framing By CJ ripoff Deceptive Trade Practises Bloomsburg Pennsylvania
I took 2 prints into Framing by Cj for an estimate. The owner wrote down the dollar amount, I did not sign the slip to authorize the work to be done. When leaving I said I would take the prints home. She insisted on keeping them,grabbing them from my hands running to the back room and said she would hold onto them. I told her not to frame them until she heard from me. Seven weeks later she calls and says the prints are framed and ready for pick up. When I reminded her that I did not want them done,she laughed. Now, she has taken them to her lawyer and is demanding payment in full. All I want is my personal property back and unframed. I was deceived and lied to. I guess this is how she maintains business - by forcing people to pay for things they don't want.I never authorized this work to be done-I did not sign her estimate invoice,I left on good faith and trust. Instead her greed took over.
