Complaint Review: Franchise Plumers - Nationwide

 Your correct Kevin,This guy don't even know how to spell Plumber.I've been in the business for 35 years and NEVER once have I held a gun to any bodys head.This guy sounds a lot like a want to be.Sure,I up sell.I'm still in business.Never sold anything that did not need repaired.I will point out needed repairs,quote a price and at that point,it's up to the customer.I've seen a lot of guys come and go over the years.Ole Mike,sounds like one of them.He just could not make it.Sorry Bud.

First Of All, I doubt you were ever a plumber or plumbing franchise owner. but have an axe to grind. (thats another story Im sure!) Second "if you were"? then, your admitting "that was the way (and the why) you did these things: you were the owner right?? not an employee blowing a whistle.which would have no blame but te owner who admitts he thought that way? shame shame shame no wonder your a has been if you ever were a plumber (i doubt that very much) I have worked in this honorable trade for over thirty years twenty for 8 other shops and ten in my own, plumbing and drain business. This is "a Business" Bozo not a Non profit organization of self sufficent billionaires with gobbs of money to lose giving away there labors for ingrates that think like you. Of course the plumbers job is to make money, how by plyinghis trade offering to do needed repairs and often ignored dangerous plumbing htg and drain issues the novice only notices when something bad happens. whose job does not require that? It is not immoral or wrong "wake up Alice" You mus thave a problem with capitalism which may suggest you favor communism? The household plumbing Inspection ARE TO FIND WHAT ELSE NEEDS WORK, DUH ! See above. Is this a service or disservice? If the customer has a catastrohic plumbing failure soon thereafter Some would complain he didn't do his job while he was there! and try to hold him liable..Its happened. Now say he finds something that needs repair, the customer is given the options on how or if he wants to do anything with it. How is that a rip off? how is that anything less than superior service? Sinc ewhen is wearing floor protectors amunition for complaint don't you have that backwards? Yes there are few bad ones out there that might do as you claim "you had done" but that is why you are a former franchise owner those types don't last becuase they eventually reap what they've sown. To those who are untrusting of anyone you just sound like the "pot calling the kettle black, but to those of us who actualy know love and honor this trade you the lowest form of pond scum there is. we know there are ones like you but there fewer and way farther between than you would like people to belive (for some unexplained reason) anonymity emboldens many an idiot. Why don't you a full expose on your self by calling the local district Attorney and giving him a list of customers that you drfrauded as you claim we all do? I think your just some poor pathetic individual that never was what you claimed and instead you want to try to make yourself sound like you know something when you don't know anything. Listen to me Im somebody then does his own character assination/suicide so now your worse than nothing! It all probably comes down to the fact that the closest you come to plumbing is that you called one out and "thinking like you do" got all upset and decided to lame bast a whole honest hardworking trade.
