FRANCIS NIEKRASH - FRANK NIEKRASH DEADBEAT DAD NEVER PAYS CHILD SUPPORT WORKS OFF BOOKS ripoff SYRACUSE New York
This guy has not paid child support in 7 years - he works off the books as a truck driver even though his license has been revoked for non payment of child support.
There are judgments against him in Richmond County, NY. He has been arrested several times in Long Island as well as upstate NY but no one remembers to get him to pay his child support. He even appeared on Channel 8 news about gas prices being different on each side of town.
He can do all this but can't support his 3 kids with the little bit he was to pay weekly. I'm sorry but 126.00 for 3 kids is ridiculous but he lied to the Judge that he wasn't working.
While he is living the good life the chilfren are suffering. He was abusive to them and to me but we are in need of financial assistance so I need that child support for them.
