These people are an international crime syndicate. Their m/o is to claim they can raise funding for any project or commodity at a fee or they invite you to invest in one of their supposed developments in Brazil now that Brazil is going to host the 2014 WC and 2016 Olympics.
First they open you an account with their "bank" which is non existant. Then they ask you to deposit money into your "account". The money is for guarantees and security for the development. You also sign partnership agreement documents with HB for the project with an attorney. Then they "open" an "account for the business" with an international bank like HSBC or Citi Bank or whichever bank is providing the funding for the supposed project. They then ask you to give more money to activate the "account" with the international bank. All this happens at their "offices" in Sao Paulo or Fortaleza in Brazil or at the "head office" Lisboa,Portugal.
In the meantime they show you prime seaside vacant land in Brazil they intend developing. Meetings are setup with government officials, banking officials, lawyers, security personal, estate agents or anybody in on the scam. Only the best restaurants are frequented.
Once your money is in "your account" with Holding Bank Ltda. and they got the money to activate the "business account" they slowly start to withdraw. They will make up stories why the project cannot commence and blame everybody from corrupt government officials to achitects, estate agents and lawyers. They even invite you to attend project meetings in Brazil just to cancel days before you travel. I lost close to 700 000 euros in "fees", hotel and plane tickets. In the end they don't answer your phone calls or in my case slowly became aggresive/threatening when I employed the services of an attorney in Brazil to act on my behalf.

Their latest scam involves planting NIM INDIANO trees in Brazil for Co2 and selling non existing sugar to unsuspecting buyers.
