Frank Dooley Construction & Design Frank Dooley Installed defective flooring against ASTM installation requirements, crappy drywall and painting, and short-cut and ineffective underlayment work and incomplete contract requirements. Rindge New Hampshire
Dooley Construction and Design installed new basement flooring not in compliance with ASTM standards and installation requirements as stated on boxes of tile resulting in tile separations, indentation of multiple tiles due to lack of preparation of underlayment and substrate, failure to follow directions for border tiles as well as not following pattern guide for congruent and aesthetic floor results. Failure to use proper adhesives for below grade installation as well as inadequate adhesive for 'safety zone' areas, incomplete finish of tiles after installation, all resulting in abominable incongruent flooring with adhesive issues and unfinished texture leading to constant marking and scuffing of tiles from normal walking on them.
Dooley Construction also installed drywall board leaving visible seams where drywall met with each other and lack of paint coats as indicated on contract.
Dooley Construction also failed to complete contract in reference to suspended ceiling and ceiling panels.
Dooley Construction also failed to complete underlayment procedures as directed and agreed to resulting in grout failure on newly laid floor tiles by his subcontractor.
Dooley Construction was allowed to return and fix what was delinquent but never returned to address any of the many problems he left behind.
Repairing all shoddy work done will cost me twice the amount paid to him as he required cash payments as work went along and unfortunately having faith in his follow through left me paying him all funds on contract w/o any guarantee of any work done or incompleted.
This Construction and 'Design' company should be avoided at all costs, it is a quick enter and scam remodeling venture.
