While working out and using franks workout routines I was at around 30% body fat and overweight, after I STOPPED! working out with Frank Mentier and started work out routines that were offered by professional instructors I have now gotten down to just a 5.3% body fat, and have even been mistaken at the gym as a personal trainer.
I recommend anyone who can't get results with Frank Mentier to try a real professional personal trainer, I think you may be amazed by the results. Frank Mentier is by far the worst personal trainer out there, and I think he should find another focus, as unfortunately this career path does not seem like a good fit for him.
He is also a go go dancer and an aspiring fitness model, I think these other career paths are better suited for him, Frank Mentier is sadly a bad personal trainer, it's juSt not the right career path for him.
also after I gave him a 1 star review on yelp, guess what the cherry on top was? Yep frank took me to court for writing the review for "mental distress" he was having, he lost that case and most recently after he is now always at the gym that he NO LONGER works at and seems to be everywhere I am, had to actually file a restraining order request with the State of Califor is, Yep restraining order paperwork was filed because of Frank Mentier being a personal trainer........wacky? Yeah that's an understatement .
