I placed an order with Favor Frenzy on Feb. 22, 2007. Then realized they did not have a phone number or street address on their site. Which was foolish on my part and an obvioius red flag (The BBB has them reported at City of Industry, CA.). My order did not show up and I emailed them consistently for 6 weeks. They did not respond when I asked them nicely. Occasionally writing me that they were "looking into it and would get back with me in 48 hours." Which never happened. Finally, I told them if they did not refund my money within the next 48 hours, I would be forced to file a complaint with the BBB. That stirred them up a little, but still, nothing.

Yesterday, I finally Googled them and an entire slew of scam reports from your site and eBay came up. So, I forwarded them all to Favor Frenzy and told them what a fraud they were in some "choice words" called them scum of the Earth for stealing from people. Reminding them that stealing is against the law! That finally got their attention...They threatened to sue me! For stealing from me!

Whether I will ever get my money back, I do not know. But, I'd be happy to see them collapse under the mess they are creating for themselves!

So, they finally wrote me back, saying that they "do not conduct business the way I mentioned." Need I remind them that they threatened to sue me in the previous email they sent!? For what? Me trusting them? They gave me my refund and said they serve 100's of customers per day. That they could not control that this "ghost package" did not make it to my doorstep. Which I replied, " I am at my place of business to receive packages all day long. Regardless, you are able to control your customer service which is completely negligent. I've been trying to get a response out of you for 6 weeks! And only until I got angry enough to file a complaint, did you pay attention. That is lousy business." We'll see if I get the money back into my account. Stay away from Favor Frenzy! The End...I hope.
