Fred claims he makes agreements with companies but doesnt like to follow the rules. the great thing about this internet thing is that its available for EVERYONE to be heard. whats funny he claims to be "vinnie with a camaro" if you fill so strong about your complaint, why would you withold accurate information. First Mr. Defranza contacted us days prior to have a vehicle shipped. Now, when we told him the price he said "NO! I Wanted picked up on my date for my price" well. i dont know about you but when i pay for a service I dont tell my mechanic how to fix it and how much it will cost. This person is childish and if you are an online business. i hope you read this to see beforehand what you are dealing with

I filed a BB complaint on this company that stated I file "false" reports. It was so long ago i forgotten their name but their are a broker out of Miami that I did book transportation of a vehicle for. It was not a "camaro" as they state which further solidifies them as a joke of a company.
I booked MONTHS in advance (not days as they claim), I reconfirmed days before which they stated everything was a go only after 4 phone calss and 6 emails! Then the day of agreed pick up, whomever they booked (which wasn't anybody but they lied that they did) doesnt show.
I Called my agent and all I got was "she doesnt work here anymore" (honestly I cant blame her). I get her "supervisor" and he is a lying scam artist that only want your money and delivers NOTHING. So I cancelled with them, let them keep my deposit and contracted with the person that I should have from the beginning, not this shell game scam company.
After all that I then recieved threatening phone calls from them which I why i reported them.
