Fred Leeds/Ben Leeds Slum Lords money scammers liars Los Angeles Ca
Rented from Fred Leeds for about 3 years.... Always had roached, rats the size of puppies. Busting pipes and mildew,leaking windows,chipping paint. Incompetent managers and lying supervisors. The only time they fixed things is when I called the city, health department or better business bureau, but even the the work was half done or just painted over- or we were told that the company wouldn't pay for it. The people in the main office such as Eric and Nemesto and Chuck are liars.... Come in trying to barter repairs if I removed my complaints.... I never backed down so stuff didnt get fixed. Worst company EVER HANDS DOWN!!!! Then I moved out during my 3 days notice because I was sick of he company and they still tried to charge me for unpaid rent... I saw other people complain about the same thing being charged for days they didn't live there....
