Freddie Mac Beware: Freddie Mac is now having prime loans in good standing serviced by Ocwen Mclean, Virginia
Be aware that Ocwen is acquiring prime loans in good standing owned by Freddie Mac.
Ocwen is a ruthless, predatory Foreclosure Factory that now has extended into stealing homes of prime borrowers with good credit. Cuz they got all the sub-prime ones!
Previously, Ocwen only serviced sub prime or "bad" loans. Freddie Mac apparently feels that they are an appropriate servicer of prime loans.
So if you are a responsible borrower, with a prime loan and good credit, you may find yourself fighting off foreclosure with Ocwens predatory practices.
Be really scared when you go the mailbox.
