FREDERICK LAW GROUP, LLC. Receive money from me for consolidating my credit cards but they did not pay the creditors FREDERICK Maryland
I consolidated my credit cards in February 2007 with "Credit Cure," then Richard Brennan at Law took over the claim a year later. About a year later Frederick Law Group LLC. took over the claim . I started receive letter in the mail stated that someone was try to garnish my wages. I immediately call the law firm.
At first it was very hard to get throught to speak to someone about this on going frustration and heart ache. When I did get through to a live person on the other end, I was told not to worry that every thing was "OK." About two month later I believe it was, I receive a check in the mail for $139.00 to my knowledge for the "Rocky Mountain Bank" saying that they could no longer receive or accept money for the Law firm. That was the last time that they automatic draft money ($179.00) out of my checking account. I haven't heard from then or any type of contact information along the phone line or email.
I had to go and file "Chapter 13" to save my wage and other things that was in danger of losing. When I pull the credit report there was activity to the credit card company at all.
