I signed up for FreeCreditReport.com in December and called to cancel the day before my free trial was over. I was worried that they would not cancel in time, but they did cancel without charging me. I got a confirmation number over the phone and immediately received an email confirming my cancellation. You should have received both of those if the rep you talked to actually cancelled the account. After seeing some of the reports about FreeCreditReport.com, I am guessing that I was one of the lucky few who got out without being charged. Good luck- hope you get your $$ back.
