free-satellite-network.com Absolutely no phone number or email address to contact company to cancel. Even their billing company (ib-softwares.com) site doesn't have contact number or email address. Can't cancel in 7 days if you have no way of contacting the company. Channels provided are joke (e.g., Free public access channels) Internet
Signed up for software and premium channels. Software downloaded fine. The channels provided are a joke. They're public access channels from various communities (fine if you want to watch city hall meeting from towns across the country, including c-span for hours of joy watching our congress banter) or various local news channels. Only major network provided was Fox and ABC from another state's regional broadcast. Premium channels aren't channels, but a collection of youtube type videos on how to mix drinks or home shopping types of networks. Most of the channels have less than 100kb broadcasting bandwidth which means you only see blurry images even if you watch it within a small box on your screen.
That's all fine. You get what you pay for. My complaint is that they state you have seven days money back garantee, but here's the catch... they provide no way to contact the company to inform them you want to cancel your purchase. That's right, no phone number, no email address, no address of any sort. The invoice they send you does not allow you to reply. Even their billing service (ib-softwares.com) doesn't have a way to contact them, even though they have "contact us" buttons throughout their website. You click on them an they take you to a blank page. So, my seven days to cancel will expire because I haven't figured out a way to contact them. Even Visa wasn't able to find a contact number for me to use.
Its cost me $65 to learn to secure a customer service phone number and email address before purchasing anything over the internet.
