Free Ship Furniture - Everytime Furniture - Damion DeGiorgio SCAM???? Roswell Georgia
I just ordered a dining room table set from Free Ship Furniture.com and Damion DeGiorgio claims that he is going to give me a tracking number and refund my $99 for shipping. It is supposedly going to be shipped on April 8, 2009. I told him that I want the refund by then and the tracking number. I have read many reports about him and the company that are extremely negative. I am hoping that he actually sticks to his contract. I will keep this updated and let everyone know, because if not I am turning him into my bank for fraudulent charges and into the police for theft by deception. I also did not agree to the $500 and some charges he actually charged me, I only agreed to the $400 and some because I supposedly got "FREE SHIPPING". We will see how this goes. If anyone has any comments, let me know... Did anyone receive actual furniture (condition)?
