I was charged for services I did not buy, so I canceled the plan. Sure enough one month later there it was again... Another 15 $ charge. I Called to complain and get in credited back into my account and the department has no phone number. Yes, that's right no phone number but i can fax them a hand written letter telling them what happened. I sent a fax with no response. I disputed the charges with visa and they said they are known for doign this.
