Freedom Resource Lenox ripoff company don't let them get away Woodstock Georgia
I got a call from Freedom Resource to apply for a credit card. It sounded so easy. All I had to do was give a check over the phone for $221.95 and then I would receive a mastercard for $2500 along with $200 worth of gift cerificates in gas and other items. I did a check by phone for the date of 11-11-2002. I was suppose to receive paper work to sign within 15 to 20 working days.
It is now 11-25-02, and I still have not recieve any paperwork. Last week I called them and advise that I want a refund if they are not going to send me anything, its been too long and it doesnt seem as if they are a legitimate company. The rep said that if I called this week I could get a mailing date(maybe). I then called today and was advised that now the account is canceled because I had canceled it. Now they are going to send me a refund form to fill out. It's going to take another 15-20 days to process.
Everytime when I call the customer service #, I either get put on hold for at least 30 minutes or get a recording "All circuits are busy" and then a hang up. Please help me find out how I can get these people.
