Freedom Resource ripoff Freedom Resource ripped me off for 221.95 and have gotten nothing in return for over six months Woodstock Georgia
Got a call on the phone over 6 months ago. Guy promissed me a $2500 credit card, for only a 221.95 activation fee. This he said could be taken out of my bank account electronically to speed up the process.
After about a month after the money was taken out, and still no word, or mail from them I phoned the number the gentleman gave me. The line was constantly busy (being put on hold), and it was a toll call. One time I stayed on the line for over an hour (and at quite a cost for me phonewise.
Eventually, weeks later, I got through, and got the run around about my package being delayed (package? the man I talked to said nothing about a package, only a credit card), so I said ok, (but this time I got the companys adress). Well another month went by, and still no word.
So I wrote the company saying I wanted a refund. Two weeks later, I got a refund form in the mail, stating for me to fill out why I wanted a refund (because I haven't gotten anything for my money Idiots, why else?)
I filled it out and mailed it out,and low and behold, three months later I still haven't got my money back. I have tried to phone numerous times still, and get only the hold line (so that they can run up my phone bill to)
If I get my refund I will post that I have on this site, to give all of you hope, but I really am beginning to doubt that I will ever see my money again.
