I am so very dissatisfied with this company. I subscribed to a free trial and was told upfront I could cancel it for a full refund. When I did cancel they still charged my card and it has been 3 months and still no refund.

I have sent repeated emails requesting that this issue be addressed. I hear from them asking for clarity and then nothing else. I have never seen such bad customer service in my life.

Companies today that focus heavily on the internet to promote their services should excel in customer service. I am very disappointed as I have received emails from Preston Ely for years. I also have read some of his books. Now it just seems like all he wants is to have people pay and not honor the requests of people who are dissatisfied with his service.

I am writing because I want to go on record as being a very disgruntled customer who is being forced to pay for a service he does not want and will no longer support.

I hope the company reads this email and looks at all the emails I have sent that are unanswered, process my requests for a refund and apologize publicly for such sorry customer service.

FreedomSoft Still Has Bad Customer Service

I wrote about the problems I am having trying to get a refund from this company. In the last month since my report I still have no resolution. Now they are blaming the bank and saying "it is out of our hands."

I went to a restaurant and they got my wife's order wrong twice. Instead of leaving we stayed and allowd the management to fix the problem. Since we were paying for their service it is only fair to get what you are paying for.

This company (Norms Restaurant in Southern CA) went above and beyond. Not only did they fix her meal correctly but they comped us for the inconvenience. That is how I expect a company to provide customer service.

FreedomSoft, Real Estate Mogul and Preston Ely are not guilty of good customer service. They are fine as long as you dont have a problem that involves money. Once money is brought into the equation, they become greedy and do all they can to keep every dollar.

I am very disatisfied with the level of service I have received, the lack of response and the fact that I have to take time to write emails on this site to help others save their money before investing.

Do not do business with this company.. You will be very frustrated.
