These people are truly scam artists.  They managed to get me with a shrink-wrapped agreement that I'm sure is mostly successful.  I caught them the first time trying to take $49.95 out of my account, I called them and they cancelled the subscription and was promised a refund.  That was December 8, 2009.  The second attempt was on December 14, 2009 for $19.95, when I called AGAIN the same thing happened- a refund was promised and the account(s) was cancelled.  That customer service rep explained there were going to be 10 (TEN!!!!) companies that would try to take money out of my account for varying amounts.

So, I did the logical thing, closed my account and waited for my refund, which of course never came.  When I called the company they claimed that they had to change banks and wanted my new bank account information so that they could refund money electronically- BY THE WAY they attempted to take money out of my closed account on December 31, 2009.

I told the rep they were crazy if they thought I was going to give them any more information- I would just accept the loss and the lesson.  I've since reported them to the attorney general of Michigan, however that agreement seems to be keeping them in business...so far.
