I bought MiFi 500 for occasional data access. I only use it when we are away on vacation for one week about 3 times a year. I do not use more than 500MB. Despite of this Freedompop have persistently charged my credit card on a monthly basis. When I protested they started charging me $10 every now and then. I protested to Freedompop several times. Then, I contacted my credit card company. Freedompop disconnected my MiFi and canceled m account unless I refund them all the money.

Here is their e-mail response: "If you have filed a dispute in error and would like to continue services, please have your financial institution contact customer support to reverse all charges disputed to reinstate your services."
I leave prospective customers to decide for themselves what kind of company and customer service they are dealing with!!
