Cancelled my free 30 trial after 3 weeks of using it.  I called, emailed them throught the software, spoke to a representative, was assured that my card wouldn't be charged and STILL they charged my card.  What a hassle! Never had a company rip me off like this before.  Do not trust this company ... Freedomsoft.com

I am having the same problem. I thought I had cancelled and all was well. A few weeks later I notice the charge. I emailed and tried to get in touch with someone but they ignored me. I filed a claim with my credit card company.  This seems so pointless because any smart company today knows that businesses fail due to poor customer service. It is so much better to handle this problems upfront than to have people like you and me go online and complain because we cannot get a refund.

There are good companies out there that will honor your request for a refund if the product or service does not meet their needs. Freedomsoft is not such a company.

Sadly Preston Ely sends out emails everyday about wholesaling, gaining wealth, and trying to get people to become a part of his growing network.  Yet when you are dissatisfied, there is no restitutiion.

I would suggest we all avoid doing business with any company that is more concerned with getting money than delivering a quality product. I dont return products that meet my needs.
