Freelance Work Exchange Non-delivery of promised service, will not refund money despite continuous requests Internet
My card was charged despite cancelling my membership 6 days into the 7-day trial. I have been continually requesting a refund since March 2nd, to no avail. They are no longer answering my emails. I am now going to the BBBOnLine and my bank to get my money recovered. I may also file a report with the police in New York where the company has its physical address and in Australia where the company owner apparently resides.
As a note, I could not provide their physical address in New York as I get a security warning when I try to access their site which says, "In our tests, this site attempted to make unauthorized changes to our test PC by exploiting a browser security vulnerability. This is a serious security threat which could lead to an infection of your PC."
