I went online to try to get help with my late mortgage. Friedland Law Center contacted me and said that under the Obama modification plan, they could help us modify our current mortgage, lower the interest rate and move what was owed to the end of the loan. They took my first installment out $825, I sent them all the paperwork they asked for the first week of September. They took another $825 out, now it is November and they have done absolutely nothing and my house is now in foreclosure. The did absolutely nothing with the paperwork I sent them, the contacted my mortgage company ONCE, but only told them they were working with us and after that did nothing. I would call weekly and they would tell me that "it takes time" to do a loan modification.
It is sad tha companies like this prey on people that are struggling on a monthly basis to pay their mortgage and get away with it. We have a nice home and we love our home and this group of scum, almost ruined it for us.

I don't know why people are answering negatively against them. From my point of view they are very helpful as well as they help me too in loan modification. I am very happy to give their references to others too.
I just request to all that please don't come in rumors, even don't believe on me too but try yourself.
Thanks
John
