Rich Harrold (a "partner") masquerades as a "veteran", while promising jobs that do not exist. I have tried to contact him numerous times, only to be told that he will "call me back." Although I have received a "read receipt" on e-mail that I have sent him, he will not answer my correspondence.

Here is a sample of the garbage that he lures potential candidates in with:

"Good morning! I'm a Partner at Front Line Solutions (ret USAF CMSgt), a recruiting, staffing and management consulting firm based here in Colorado Springs, CO. My firm specializes in placing former military veterans, DoD contractors, civil servants, and other candidates that typically hold Secret to Top Secret security clearances. My firm is also cleared to the Top Secret level. As such, we support about 75 clients nationwide from DoD firms like Lockheed Martin, to Big 4 Firms like KPMG (D.C. office) and Fortune 50 firms like Microsoft. Additionally, we are members of a nationwide network of national recruiters (about 1,500) who we frequently assist to fill their requirements.

I ran across your resume on this broadcast resume site today, and I believe some of my clients/national recruiting partners working in AR, MS and TN would possibly be interested in your extensive financial analysis, supply chain and project mgt experience...as well as your TS clearance. --Does this sound like a good deal? Delete any e-mail that you get from this character! He and his company are a waste of time and are probably scamming people that they get from "Resume Fax Services" (that run upwards of $49.00). He also advertises on www.linkedin.com, so beware!!!

Although I have requested that Ripoff Report remove my negative posting, they have refused, citing their agreement that all posters must agree to, once the report is submitted. Since my initial posting with Ripoff Report, I have been in frequent contact with Mr. Rich Harrold, of Frontline Solutions, who has been really helpful to me. Now, I feel that he is sincere in his offer to help me find employment. I appreciate that Ripoff Report provided a vehicle for me to air my initial grievances with Frontline Solutions however, I do believe that companies can and do change when errors in customer service are revealed to them. Frontline Solutions has corrected the errors that caused me to submit the negative posting and has since provided me with continuous courteous, friendly and competent service. Now, I believe that they do not deserve the continued negative publicity that this posting has caused. The staff at Ripoff Report should also practice good customer service by ensuring that companies like FrontLine Solutions are not given a permanent black eye.

I received an e-mail and a phone call from Mr. Rich Harrold, informing me that there was a major disconnect between him and his customer service personnel. Mr. Harrold sincerely apologized and said that, despite my negative posting, he would maintain my information and would continue to keep me in mind for future job opportunities. I am impressed with his apology and withdraw all of the negative press that I have given him and his company.
