froyopad.com Lin Ji honoring warranty. Bought 7/20/2012, problems since purchase, want refund. Internet
Purchased Ampe A10 tablet July 20, 2012. Have had various problems with function since receiving, including constantly turning off, and then having to wait several minutes for it to re-boot. Filed paypal claim, and they sided in my favor, was supposed to send item back for full refund of $179.35. In meantime, seller said they would said information of how to fix product, which they never did. In the meantime, my paypal complaint time ran out, now cannot get the refund.
Since first complaint with paypal, now the tablet is not working propery at all. Flickering screen. Charged 100%, but when you unplug charger, it turns off completely.
On web site, they promise if any problems, they will either repair or refund product. all you have to do is contact them, and they will send you all return shipping information.
I have e-mailed them multiple times at various e-mails listed throughout their web site, with no response. I have tried their 24-hour on-line chat at various times throughout day, with never a response, except putting me through to another e-mail site to mail them. They claim this on-line chat is available 24 hours a day, every day.
I would just like for them to honor the 1-year warranty that was given with this product.
