They came and attempted to repair our 2nd HVAC unit on our guest house. The compressor was not even going which is why we called them initially.

The first technician who came out Chris said it was the dual capacitor which wasn't allowing it to go (wasn't getting a signal) so he replaced that and said they may need to replace the drain switch someday too because it seemed funny but wasn't needed at that time. We paid them the emergency trip fee and the $350 for the repair.

Three hours later it stopped working again and was hot in there again. We called them out, they came out several hours later and the second tech, Roy, stated that it was the drain switch, which he replaced and then the unit was working again. We paid them the $219 and then the next day it had stopped again hasn't been back on since. It's doing precisely the same thing as it did before we ever called them the FIRST time and NEITHER of the fixes have fixed the issue we had to begin with.

Therefore, I called and spoke with Thomas who said they would not come back out without an ADDITIONAL trip fee even though we had already paid an emergency trip fee the first trip the day before. If they had fixed it the first time then we wouldn't have had to have them back out again would we? I told him that was unacceptable and if they didn't come back out without charging us I would dispute the charges for both trips since neither trip fixed the issue. You would think they would at least honor their work for a day but apparently not.

Thomas was yelling at me on the phone SIR! SIR! SIR! when I told him this and he was completely unhelpful.

This company knows nothing about customer service or the customer experience - they should have come back out and repaired it whatever was wrong with it. Also we ended up paying for TWO fixes, both of which were NOT the actual cause of the problem!!! If they had been it would be working so we paid for something we never needed, twice!

We have a new company coming out today to diagnose the issue.

They are scammers!
