I have seen a couple reports regarding "Fuel Club". This is indeed a scam!!! I purchased (2) $149 redemptions and (1) $399 and have received nothing to date. It has been over 10 weeks so I started to investigate and send e-mails to the "Fuel Club". Today, 12/11/09 I received an e-mail from Gloria Silverthorne (owner, Fuel Club) stating that Wayne Shapiro at the redemtion center has not been sending out payments and that the "Fuel Club" is now closed. Why then is the web site still up?
In addition another report was filed here on 11/26 and they were told then, that the "Fuel Club" was closed. Why was I not informed then? I believe it is because they want you to keep sending money and when you do not get paid they will tell you it is closed.
I wish I would have found this web site before I sent money. I should have trusted my first instincts, however I was assurred it was "real" and told to be "patient" and I would get paid.
