Fujitsu General America Fujitsu heat pumps junk Internet
Installed Fujitsu mini split [#AOU9RL2] heatpump. Ran unit less than 1 hour when installed for heat,compressor shorted out. Got warranty unit in sring to replaced,installed and less than 1 day unit went down in AC. After hours attempting to reach service/warranty line was treated as a 5 year old kid by so called techs. Didn't matter having over 25 years in this field. Difficult to reach anyone for assistance on warranty and very poor customer service. Highly recommend any other make if in market for a ductless split system. Well worth spending more to stay away from this manufactuer!!!!!!
