First I Stand by everything I have documented here if Ms. Rodriguez wishes to follow through with a slander suit I would be more than happy to follow through with a counter suit. Regarding suits the issue at hand is between myself and Ms Rodriguez her last rebuttal brought up the name of an innocent party my wife Teresa a suit will also be filed against Ms. Rodriguez by my wife for slander as well as a counter suit on behalf of my business, I have EVERYTHING needed to back my statements and prove the accuracy of my statements. I do not lie, I speak what I mean and I do not get intimidated especially when I am in the right.
If your business wants publicity file a slander suit I am more than happy to help you out, hell I will even highlight the other notable comments by others distributed through the internet and this website.
(The remainder of my rebuttal will be provided inline highlighted by the script being underlined)
In my opinion, Bill Kettler needs anger management! Bill was PAID in less than 21 days after we received his paperwork.( Correct I was paid that is correct after being promised payment on 2/2/2010 and by email (Which I have retained) was advised 4 times of mis-information providing different dates to expect that payment, as well as a tracking number which your office provided for a letter you stated contained my payment (Which was never received) the tracking number was not even in the postal services system, The USPS stated NO RECORD. )
Bill Kettler did a good job. Although, I receive multiple calls from Bill Kettler through out the day asking for directions on what was a very BASIC TASK. We carefully review everyone's work; no exceptions. Although he worked independently distributing flyers and posters we do ensure distribution. Bill Kettler's work was being inspected because he failed to gather the required number of photos as we contracted. ( She means to discredit me by claiming I could not perform simple tasks her opening statement states "Bill Kettler did a good job.", this statement in itself contradicts her statement " he failed to gather the required number of photos as we contracted." )
Prior to cutting paychecks we ensure that all work was performed according to mandate. Again, he did a good job. However, Bill Kettler's impatient attitude would make him someone we would likely not re-hire. ( If this company was the last agency hiring in the entire world I would prostitute myself before going through the hell I did trying to get payment for services rendered )
Bill Kettler continuously emailed, text, ( Which were all saved ) and called during the weekend , non-business hours

MY CONTACT INFO: Naomi J. Rodriguez The event you will be promoting is in early February so, time is of the essence. The materials you will be picking up are: 100 flyers/window clings and 5,000 posters. The window cling posters must be placed within retail locations. A photo of each location is required. Bill Kettler kept repeating "I am beginning to get pissed people usually do not like me when I am pissed". This was part of a nasty message he wrote to me on Facebook. ( I sure as hell did and would do it again it got the desired result I was finally paid)
Bill Kettler was PAID and was PAID ON-TIME. ( Correct I was paid that is correct after being promised payment on 2/2/2010 and by email (Which I have retained) was advised 4 times of mis-information providing different dates to expect that payment, as well as a tracking number which your office provided for a letter you stated contained my payment (Which was never received) the tracking number was not even in the postal services system, The USPS stated NO RECORD. )
Unfortunately, he doesn't have the promotional experience to know that promo checks can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks on average. ( For which that information was never supplied to me upon acceptance of the position offered )
In short, everyone is entitled to an opinion but, to go online and post outright lies endangers credibility and it's WRONG. ( again I do not lie, I speak what I mean and I have retained all of the communication necessary to succeed if brought to court .)

Once again I stand by my statements I have proof of my statements, still have not received the check that was to have been Canceled @ the bank after your credit card payment. Threaten me with slander when I am telling the truth and have all of the emails. voice mails and other communication to support my claims,
