I wish I had been able to find reviews or feedback about Full Service Landscaping when I was looking to hire a good lawn service company because now I am sorry I ever chose them to work on our lawn. I hired them to do an initial lawn clean up job 2 months ago and paid them up front for the job, which was a mistake. 2 months later, only half the job has been completed and the front lawn looks butchered up because of some bushes that were only partially removed.
Last week I paid a check to mow the lawn (both the front and back yard). My check was cashed but again only half of the work was complete in that he only mowed the front lawn and not very well. I was promised the team would be by later in the day to complete the job and they never showed up. When I called back the next Thursday morning to see if they could finish mowing the lawn, I was told they would show up by Saturday or Sunday morning at the latest. Again they flaked even after I called them over the weekend.
With this group, it has always one excuse after another followed up by a promise to call back or show up by a certain day only to be complete no shows (but they have time to cash the checks you write them). At this point, we have called a few more times within the past week leaving voice messages requesting that they finish their work (both the cleaning job AND mowing the front and back yard again) by a certain date only to be completely ignored.
I have found very recent reviews posted on Google by other customers going through the same experience we are, so I felt compelled to warn other consumers to stay away from this service provider. At first, they seem very honest and professional but I feel completely scammed by them based on their basically taking my money and disappearing before completing services they agreed to provide.

Full Service Scam!!
I too was ripped off by Full Service Landscaping and Robert Young. My story is so similar to yours, that I thought my husband posted your report and forgot to tell me. I am going to write a complaint and hope that Robert Young stays out of our community. I too live in Cherokee county and was totally taken advantage of.
He did about 10% of the work promised and it was far from a professional job. I could have hired a 13 year old boy and would have gotten better lawn mowing services. We too, got only part of our lawn mowed with patches missed and brush that was trimmed and left in the yard. We were told on numerous occasions the crew would be back to finish the job and no one ever showed.
He named his company........"Full Service Landscaping"........seems to me he may want to rename it, "No Service Landscaping" I am not sure how much he took from you and can tell you we looked into our situation and it is enough for a felony charge. Maybe more people will come forward and we can all file a police report and get this guys business shut down for good!!
