Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Terrible Experience Throughout!  Despite their claims, they do NOT use their own trucks and their own personnel.  Expect to get a Penske truck and hired guns to do your job.  How reassuring to see the guys loading your household possessoins smoking pot during a break.  I don't even want to know who drove the truck.

We experienced very poor communication, if any.  At least 20 items were damaged beyond the point of being able to be used - when your stuff is loaded and unloaded 4 or more times, this is to be expected.

Expect a lowball estimate which will approximately double by the time you're done.  Expect significant delays in your delivery.  Expect to be told that the drivers "are close", when they are, in fact, a state or more away.

Expect that your goods will NOT be stored in an air conditioned facility.  Instead expect damp, wet or otherwise damaged containers.

Basically, think about the worst experience that you could envision with a moving company and then multiply it by 10, and that's a good gauge of what you can expect with this company.

I estimate that we have $15k worth of replacements to make and after filing a claim that took 10 hours to compile, i get to wait 120 days for them to declare a technicalilty with the claim and deny paying the paltry amount that they would have paid, if at all.

Even after driving to their offices and getting a signed commitment from someone in charge, they still ended up delivering our goods 8 days beyond that date, forcing our family to stay in a hotel while we waited, and waited....
