full spectrum international - burt rose Gaia sauna, and or full spectrum international & cedruss sauna, mike at cedruss that has taken over gaia saunas co. I had to pre-pay in full,which i have paid for, in full, for a ceder sauna before it would ship out to me. Internet
I ordered a cedar infrared sauna from gaia saunas back in 3-6-2010. they have taken the full amount off my visa card for the sauna, it was $2995.00. I have a paid in full reciept from them via the internet, but no sauna, no ship out date, no tracking # nothing but a lot of promises to refund my money to my visa card, which they have not done. I have called them back, without anymore responses. I have tried to get green dot visa to refund my money also, without any results. I have called the attorney general in San Diago CA. to report this matter without any return calls, so i am getting really frustrated with this matter. I am on dissibility and have various medical problems that made me seek out a sauna for therapy. I have waited a long time for the sauna,which was really ordered in 1-22-2010. That was when they had taken the first payment off my visa for $1500.00. This looks like you might be my only hope of any kind of help to me, i am on a fixed income and cannot afford another sauna if i do not get my refund. Thank You !
