If anyone reading this report is near the Burleson, Texas Fuller Homes community of Castle Hills please drive through and see the homeowners who have had to put up signs in their front yards complaining about Fuller Homes low quality and NO warranty service.

One home is a large two story white brick house that JUST CLOSED! It is located at the corner of Flagstone and Bridle Path. Their homes walls are cracking and the foundation is sinking. Their nightmare is just beginning. Since Valerie Fuller is the only corporate employee remaining they are not getting any warranty service. The warranty they received is worthless believe me.

I am trying to encourage them to post their complaints on this web site and then get in touch with other victims in Oklahoma for assistance. They have been through what they are just beginning and can probably help.

Another scam Fuller Homes and the other builder in that community are running is that they are telling buyers that the deed restrictions and HOA (Homeowners Association) state that they MUST purchase a sprinkler system. That is FALSE AND A LIE! I have a copy of that information and their are houses in that community that don't have them. They are doing this in an attempt to get fast cash for options.

Also, one of the employees of Fuller Homes Mortgage Company (New Castle Mortgage) lives in that community and guess what.... they don't have a sprinkler system.....

Once again homeowners are putting up signs because nothing is as it seems and the Fuller Homes Warrranty is WORTHLESS!!! When will the cycle end... Don't buy one of their homes people. It will be the worst experience of your life..

#2Consumer Suggestion

Fri, September 27, 2002

Two and a half years ago, our nightmare just began with Fuller Homes, too. We are in the OKC area. I see lots of complaints now on all three states Fuller builds in, NM, TX, and OK, since I started volunteering for Homeowners Against Deficient Dwellings, www.hadd.com People should file a complaint at hadd.com too and here at the Rip-off Report.com. They can use the number of complaints to show the legislature what a disaster the home building industry is. The BBB here, after two years of pressuring, FINALLY changed Fuller's rating to unsatisfactory, but they only admit to one of the complaints being unresolved. I know these complaints are not resolved...that's just what the BBB calls your complaint when they get sick of it. They unfortunately waited til Fuller had apparently stopped building here for over a year before they changed it...big fat help to consumers that DO THEIR HOMEWORK before buying, huh? Same for the Attorney Generals office here...they don't make consumer complaints available to the public. We really can only rely on message boards it seems, since even the court sites don't always work reliably on any given day, and only reflect the tip of the iceberg since most people DON'T SUE. There are a lot of people that should be suing their builders. Unfortunately it isn't as easy as the public usually thinks it is to do that. Your words about someone just starting their nightmare made me shudder. I hope that with the help of this site, HADD.com, and maybe a good lawyer if they can find one, they won't still be battling this in 2005 and beyond.
