Fullerton Collision promised over the phone by Jimmy, Rachael, and Trek as well as by email, and voicemail that they would cover my rental car after the 30 day period my insurance company stopped covering my rental as of 02/09/2018. My vehicle was still not ready until another 20 days after, at which I still had to use the rental and Rachael stated by email that they would cover the rental cost more than once. My car was finally ready on 02/28/2018 I was contacted 1 hour before they closed by Trek Hermis (I believe is his name) and that if I didnt take the renatl back to Hertz they will no pay after that day which I returned it around 6:30ish that night. I picked up my vehicle then next day on 03/01/2018. Thinking everything was settled I look at my bank account last week to see that Hertz charged my credit card almost 700.00 for the rental amount that Fullerton promised to take care of. I tried to call Fullerton and no one ever called me back.

I emailed Rachael about the charges and demanded something be done and she replied back later that afternoon about 4pm that she would be sending me a check with one of there employees since they lived south of Austin and they would deliver it to me. I dont always check my emails but they do have my phone number and address on hand due to the claim I filled and never recieved a call. Then all the sudden they are now closed on Fridays which was not the case before this. I still been calling Fullerton and finally got a hold of Trek 03/21/2018 and he said he would have to talk to the owner to see if what they can do for me to call them back at 1pm. Well I did and guess what!!!

No answer no call back and no more response from Rachael by email. Called this morning and still no call back or nothing. I dont feel that this company should pick and choose who they want to keep there promises too. This will be the last time I ever do business with Fullerton. And I still am trying to get my money back since I was left over drafted and in a negitive status on my back account. If anyone can help me please I will appreciate it very much so. Because I dont know what I ever did to get treated this way by this company. I thought reading there ratings that they would be great after all the good comments I read prior to taking my car there, but now I regret it.
