Furniture For Less sent me the wrong item then dropped off the face of the Earth Ontario California
On June 26th I called Furniture for Less and ordered a couch I had seen on USAfreeads.com. I was told we would recieve the couch in two weeks. They immediatly charged my credit card in the full amount of $778. two weeks later I still didn't have my couch even after multiple calls to furniture for less had assured me it would ship out tomorrow. So I paid for a couch and accrued interest on a product I didn't even have.
On July 28th the couch finally arrived. I unpacked it and discovered it was not the couch I ordered. I immediatly called Furniture for Less to alert them to the mistake. I was told they would handle the problem and get back with me and that was the last I heard of them. I've been calling on a daily basis and leaving voice messages every other day. My calls are never answered and my messages are never returned.
So now I'm stuck with the bill for a couch I didn't order and don't want. They never sent me a reciept or bill of sale.
